Goals for the week (edited and reposted)
Jan. 2nd, 2002 12:55 pm1) eat 2 servings of veges a day.
2) eat 1 of fruit.
3) Take a multivitamin
4) drink more water.
5) stand at work more.
6) start a food diary again.
To accomplish these. Put multivitamin in pill container with other pills I take in the morning. Place a cup in my bag to take it to work, since I brought the one I was using home to be cleaned. Place applesauce and pineapple in the fridge. Organize fridge so healthier stuff is in the front. Maybe work at one of the broken positions for a bit that is stuck in the up position. Buy a spiral bound journal.
