Grocery Shopping
Feb. 2nd, 2006 10:53 amIt has been awhile since I have been to meijer. That is because it is slightly far away and it usually takes 2 hours to get thru the grocery section even on a good day. This time we really needed a stock up and we had the funds available so I made a list and mostly stuck to it. Got 88 items for about $98 and a savings of $83.
Some of the good deals:
BBQ for Free after coupon.
Sargento Shredded Cheese, $1.25- $0.80 (doubled $0.40 coupon)= $0.45
Kraft Dip $1.29- $0.70 (doubled $0.35) = $0.69
Daisy Sour Cream $1.29- $0.90 (doubled $0.45)= $0.39
We will be going to Kroger this week at some point to get some meats and fresh food as well as other things for dinner I think.
