Morning

Today is a lazy day. We went and rented 2 movies last night and watched one last night. I might have to rewatch it since I was falling asleep during it. Maybe I can ask the others to play a couple of games today. I know we need to snake the drain sometime today. I also need to head to meijers for a small shopping trip. I think Phaeton plans to go down and work on his room. Not awhole lot planned which is nice. Proabably order some pizza. I think some cleaning has been mentioned but if it doesnt get done it is no big deal. There will be time another day.

*CAT STRETCH* Ok, time to start my day. My back wont let me stay in bed any longer.

Meijer Trip! and coupons

I did really good today with what little money I had. I wanted a total before coupons of about $50 to get a coupon for next week, and then after coupons I needed the total to be about $30.

Savings: Ad: $27.21, coupons: $23.86, Total Savings: $50.57
64 items, and I spent $30.19!!!! That is 47cents an item. *GRINS* And we got some expensive things like soda and Thomas Bagels. It helps that I had 2 coupons for $5 off. One was from last week and one was from the Entertainment book.

Anyone who is in Louisville that doesnt use these, could I please have your 50cents of 12 cans of Friskies cat food? Please? :) Thanks. I really dislike that the coupons in the Lexington paper are usually missing some. Maybe I should go to a newsstand and get a Louisville paper every week once I know if they have some good coupons.

Side note I am trying to start a coupon trading group here in Lexington. If anyone is interested please let me know. I have emailed 3 people on a list that I am on about starting it. I am still waiting to hear from them.

I am a very happy camper now.

Daily Dose

Made prego pasta bake for lupper. It was pretty good, and very easy to make. We had TX toast to go with. I am pleased with how it turned out. We watched the Time Machine while eating. Pretty good flick. I have a slight headache and might go vege somewhere. Everyone has been cleaning and organizing today. We still have problems with draining of the sinks and tub so we will probably have to call a plumber. I dont know about playing a game because of my head, but I do want to play. *sighs* I also kinda sorta wanted to do some exercise, but dont feel much up to that either. Maybe a walk. My toe still hurts from where I stubbed it though. Hmm, I was going to mention something else. That has happened alot lately. I got some of my prescription pills in the mail today. That was really nice since I was down to 5 for one of them.

*shrugs* Guess I will remember it later.

Walk

Caritas and I went for a short walk 1.5 blocks around the neighborhood. On the 2nd part we started to hear an alarm, but had no idea where it was coming from. Sometimes alarms are really hard to zone in on when you arent really close to it. We could tell the general direction but that was about it. We both were trying to identify smells as we walked around. Here is gasoline, next something sweet, next definately someone cooking out, etc, etc. She noticed some apples growing in one person's yard. It was a realy nice walk.
