Date Night

I went and picked up Phaeton and we came home to drop off Melodie. 2 ladies were walking around the neighborhood with their kids and noticed me carrying Melodie out of the car. They just had to look at the BIG cat. I really dont see Melodie as being all that big. He is my baby. :) We finally got inside and dropped off Melodie before headin back out. We went and browsed at Meijers. Phaeton was sweet in helping me search thru the art for sale display that was in the center aisle. We went thru every box there looking for one picture that is shown as a demo, but wasnt in any of the damn boxes! We found racoons, parrots, skunks, wolves, chipmunk, other cats, but not the Snow Leopard. I think I will have to go to the website to see if I can find the one I want. He ended up buying Jeshua a Chipmunk one, Caritas a skunk, and me a Clouded Leopard picture. We then headed to the back of the store where he went to browse the tools and I looked at some more of the art for sale boxes. There were about 6 boxes I couldnt look in because they were too high up on the shelves. I went and found phaeton at the tools and we headed over to books. They have enclosed the movies/cd/computer software section, and it closes at 11, so we couldnt look at DVDs *pouts*

After Meijer we headed to Denny's so he could get dinner. I got some of the loaded cheese fries and a piece of choc pie. The fries were ok, but the pie was very good. We were getting close to done and this black church camp group showed up. The only section that had enough open tables was right around us. They settled in and for some reason I decided to talk a bit louder as I wished Phaeton a happy Lammas Night, and just started to talk about Paganism. If they can talk in loud voices about praising the lord and a flaming sword, and these great Bible passages, I can talk about paganism. *grins* Sometimes I can be alitte silly.

All in all it was a very good night. Caritas and Jeshua were still up when we got home and really liked the pictures that Phaeton had gotten for us. Now I must finish getting dressed and head to work.

I was born on 10/27 and every time I see the clock hit that time I get a smile. I just think it is cool to see my birthday on the clock. I am hoping I can make a post at 10:27 on 10/27 and made it my 1027 post. :) obsess much? *giggles* The other cool thing about my birthday this year is I get 25 hours!!!! 10/27 is the sunday we set the clocks back at 2am. I first noticed this fact 6 years ago when I had 25 hours on my 25th birthday. I think that is when my fascination with the number 5 started.

A day like any other

Stubbed my toe on the pressboard Phaeton got for his workroom. He has since taken the stuff down to the basement. It still hurts. I hope it isnt broken. We went to Rusty Scabbard and I got 2 games, Grave Robbers.. and Chrononauts. Phaeton got 4 books. We finished up another card so got $25 off this purchase.

So it seems that since the only really open seat in my room is the exercise bike, those that have come in have sat on it and started to pedal. *grins* I really need to get it in front of the computer.

My brain is swiss cheese because there was something I was going to write about but forgot it. *Shrugs* oh well. It will come to me at work. After work I am going to the Y with TS and I hope we get to swim.
