Kroger Trip

Kroger is having a 4 day sale starting today, so I headed there after taking Phaeton to work to get some things. I found out that they only give you the travel pack if the total after everything has been taken off is over $40. I was at $37.80. I got them to give me one anyway. I said I would go back and buy $2.20 more worth of stuff if they wanted me to.

Some of the good deals are: Poptarts for 99cents, Cottonelle bath tissue 12 double or 24 regular rolls for 3.99, a pepsi cube for 4.49. I had coupons to lower all of those. Then I wandered around the store and found out that right now they have friskies canned on sale 3/.99, and the razors still at $2, and other things that I can use on sale. I had coupons for most things.

end result: Coupon savings: $20.88, kroger plus savings: $20.57, total savings of $41.45, or 54%. I realy love that they have that on the receipt.

It is from the Kentucky Tourism Council, the Travel Valus Book 2002. Coupons in it for parks and such. 6 Flags has a coupon in it.

I havent had the time to look all the way thru it yet to see if I would use anything.

hey my wife was nosing around in my lj and she was reading my friends list. in doing so she said she thought you were one cool ljer and then she asked if it would be ok with me if she put you on her friends list. I told her I would leave it up to you. here is her lj jessica. if you don't want her as a friend then I won't get mad. if you do want her as a friend thats ok with me I won't get mad about that either.
