Self Discovery

I have realized that if I dont have certain things in the house handy to eat I will usually resort to non-healthy things when snacking. My foods of choice to have in the house are: salad fixings, microwave popcorn, fat free refried beans, light bread and light cream cheese. If these are in the house I will usually gravite to them when I need to eat. When I dont have the bread and cream cheese I usually grab breakfast at mcdonalds, or something at home that isnt very healthy.
On the flip side I also have things that if open I will gorge on. Cool Whip, frosting, and certain chips come to mind. I have been learning to just not bring them into the house.
Now need to figure out what to have for lunch.
I like discovering stuff about myself.
