The brownies came out pretty good. Alitle cakey instead of chewy, but good. I might do 1/2 oil, 1/2 applesauce next time. One of my SOs,

jeshua, got a job today, and he starts on monday. Very good. They dont have insurance though. We are trying to decide if we can get married so he can get insurance. I hate all the fact that we are suppose to have seperation of church and state, yet noone goes after the biggest disregard of that, marriage. I consider marriage to be my commitment to my loves in a physical, mental and spiritual union, not a damn legal and financial contract. I dont want or need a little piece of paper to say I am married. The only reason we are even giving this some thought is because of wanting him to have good relatively cheap insurance. *sighs* I would want to talk to a lawyer to figure how ways to keep the legal/financial mingling to a minumim. The other prob is that I own the house with my other SO, Phaeton. How would me being married to one person and owning a house with another affect things? Jeshua is going to have to look at the health dept, and other options like prescripton health plan, and something called family care advantage.

My back hurts and I dont know why. I think I slept wrong last night. I am alittle worried about money, but we are actually doing pretty good. The mortgage refinacing is going well, and we have some in the savings. I wrote down all the monthly bills and what Phaeton and I bring in can cover them all. As long as we dont go out to eat too much. I will have to redo the budget once we get the new mortgage amount.

Time for this kitty to head to bed. I need to clean in the morning to get ready for my Sticker Party. :) I also have to head out and purchase some things for said get together.
