Car fun and other thoughts

$1900 dollars later. (well credit card with 12 months same as cash) I now have new struts, oil change, alignment and windshield washer filled up. I have been going to the same place for over 10 years and I do feel they treat me right. I knew some basic maintenance was probably going to be needed. I just got to 129K in miles and she is a 2010 Kia Sportage. They said overall she is looking good for her age. I am also glad that I should be able to pay off the card before the year is up. Just need to budget.
I am not catholic, but I like the thought of Lent. This year I gave up paying for games I play on my phone. I did not last the 40 days, but I did spend considerably less than I have in the past. I now know I can have fun and play and not pay to play. There are a couple of things I will pay for on Call of Antia each month. It will probably be $15 each month. I can handle that.
I am still bouncing around the idea of changing jobs. I am good at what I do and I do like my job. I have interviewed with Robert Half and advised I want remote or hybrid and direct hire. None of this temp to perm shit. I am also looking at Indeed and some other places. At this time nothing has looked interesting.
I am also thinking about quitting school. I am enjoying the learning, and have gotten things that are helping with my job. I am just not interested in the BS of group projects and 20 y/o flakes. The last session I did I only half-assed it as well. I did the bare minimum to get a good grade. I am just not feeling it anymore.
Guess that is about it right now. Lots of thoughts and no resolutions really. I also have a convention to get ready for and need to finish my taxes.
