Oh my knees. Boy do they hurt. Tonight was bowling and it was fun, but damn I hurt now. The 3 of us came home each took our pain meds of choice. I prefer Advil, where Caritas and Phaeton both prefer Alleve. I find that Alleve just does not last long enough. Last week my 2 games gave me an average of 75. This week I bowled a 69 and a 77, so just around my average. I just could not get the right position. I was able to find the same bowl I used last week which was good. There was just too much oil it seemed and my ball as well as other people's balls were going all over the place. I am going to get a shower and head to bed soon. Maybe take a bottle of water and some meds just in case I wake up in the middle of the night.

I know I know, you're not supposed to, but when doses are based on 150 pounds, and you're more than twice that... doesn't seem so strange it could be a factor.

Even though generic stuff is supposed to be the same, it can hit the low end of the parameters for acceptable, where a namebrand has to consistantly hit where it's "supposed" to. For me it makes a big difference, in painkillers. In other stuff, it might not matter at all, I'm not sure.
