Daily update

Phaeton took the day off and the guys are playing bab5. I want to go out and spend money I dont have. *Sighs* I only had to work a 1/2 day today. When I got home Phaeton and I went out to the IRS to have them efile our taxes for free. We had to make an appt this year because they were actually busy. Last year we just went in and did it. WE got the 8am slot on tues to file. That is cool. It will take about a week to get the money into our accounts. I am so wanting to get another contractor in here with that money and get the basement done right. I was figuring I would take picture of the 'work' that has been done and the stuff that was left outside so that we have a record of things when it all gets straightened out. Maybe get the building inspector down here to verify the pictures. I dont know if the pictures would be evidence enough of things.

After the IRS the 3 of us went out to eat at waffle house before Phaeton and I had the meeting with the mortgage people. We are finally starting the process of refinancing the house. If we close by the end of feb then we wont have to make any payments in March. Whoohoo! I am just worried that they wont get the appraisal we need to get the loan. Who knows. I am just going to let it out of my mind and try to not worry about it.

I am bored. I dont know what I want to do. *sighs* Wish LadypeaceM was here to hang out with. *pouts*
