This week my supervisor emailed us and advised that she wants an average of 2 hours of OT a day for the week. We are in the last week of the month and trying to stay available to take calls and also get our paperwork done. It has been quite nice if a alittle bit tiring. Yesterday I stayed till 7pm and got 10.4 hours in. Today I went in and clocked in at 6:50 and did not leave till about 7:10. I did have my hour lunch. I am trying to get enough hours so that on Friday I will not have to stay because it is my birthday. My supervisor did say that if I did not get 10 hours I did not have to stay on Friday, but I really want to get the time in.  I did have to escalate a collection issue today to my supervisor. I was not getting anywhere with the customer. This a/p department handles 3 of the accounts and they are all past due. I would fax over invoices and she would say she did not get them, etc etc. The last straw was the sales rep emailing me daily to find out the progress because he wants them off credit hold. He has orders he wants to place for the customer. It is a fine line we walk. We want the money but we want to keep the business. It is a bit fun though. Sometimes I have to do some deep research on accounts to find out just what is going on. *grins*

Guess that is about it. Think I will head to bed.
