Today has been a pretty good day so far overall. I got some stuff done around the house and got some calls made that needed to be done. I am annoyed with my car lease place since when I called last week noone told me that I did not need the power of attorney from them to renew my car tag. *Grumps* So tomorrow, the last day of the month I get to go with cash in hand to pay for my car. I called the county clerk to just make sure that I do not need the power of attorney. I will be really pissed if I go down there tomorrow and they say, sorry, can not help you. The woman who answered at the county clerk did inform me that I should wait and come tomorrow early like at 8am. Today the line is horrible. So I will have to have the car tomorrow even though I had told Phaeton he could have it.

The cool thing about today was that I got to meet

wingsandsword in person. We met up at a local mall and then headed to Chipotle for lunch. I have never been to Chipotle and it was pretty good. Very filling. I could not eat there on fairly regular basis since there is only a small selection, but overall was a great meal. Conversation was nice and interesting. Mostly talked about movies, tv shows and work horror stories. Always good to make new friends.

Interesting story here. While I was doing the dishes I opened up the back door so the cats could go out in the mud room and look out to the deck. Suddenly I could hear Melodie making some noises. I looked out the door and on the steps to the deck was a grey and white small cat. All 4 of our cats got to see the cat outside before it finally took off. It right up to the door and almost touched noses against the glass door with Melodie. I have to remind myself that we do not need another cat. We can not get another cat.
