I gave in to the urge
Nov. 15th, 2005 10:26 pmI could not resist the pull of the thunder, lightning, rain and wind.
I walked out the door and walked some letting the rain soak me. Then I went to a specific one. One that I have done before in the rain. It is just around the block clockwise.
I walked down the first street that heads towards the south. I called on Fire. Cleansing, Warm, and rebirthing fire. I called as I walked. Watching the lightning fill the sky
I turned and then went down the street that goes West. Feeling the wind from the west. Calling on the Wind to lift my fears. To give the flight I need to change.
I turned and headed North. Feeling the ground beneath my feet. The solid foundation to hold and anchor my change. To give the strength to change. To not let it all blow away.
I turned and then headed East. Feeling the water as it rained down. Washing away my doubts. Cleaning my soul.
I thanked each direction and then went inside.
