Tonight I tried out my new health and fitness toy.

I got this:

Core Training System featuring the Fitness Summit™

I went through the over 50 minute DVD on mostly fast forward to see what it looked like and then I did the first segment of 5 just to see. I could really feel the workout on my muscles. I also really like it. I may have found something to get my strength training workout to become 2nd nature.

I love Suzanne Deason...I have a few Yoga/Pilates programs by her...I really like Yoga for Weight Loss..you can follow 1 of 4 instructers depending on your comfort level.

BTW, Gaium has an outlet sale here every month, where you can get amazing deals on things like this.

That is cool. Where is the Gaiam store? I got the Summit at the Discovery store in Kenwood mall. I am planning to come up that way to weigh out at the discovery store in about 8 weeks. Any chance of maybe hanging out. I am going to try and see if Caritas will go as well.
