I took a 1/2 day yesterday and had a good afternoon. DDR is going well and so is my eating most of the time. This weekend at MFM is going to be a test. I find it hard to not overeat where there is free food. I want to get my worth out of it. We are bringing some healthy snacks as well which should help. I just need to limit myself and not stuff myself.

Today a rep from Gold's Gym was at my job to try and sell some memberships. I had done some research about the club and went in to find out more. I just not like the feel of his talk. It was today is the last day this, and today is the last day that. I think that if I do join a gym or anything again it will be the Y again. The other problem was the advertisement was misleading. It says they have a pool. Well they will when the 2 new centers are finished in 2005. The other thing is it said free personal training. The truth is 2 free sessions and then you have to pay. It just did not sit well with me. Plus they are not that close to my address. I need to just start using the work out room at work or plan something at home.

I have gotten 2 dvds for working out, one of pilates, and a yoga one. I got the yoga one more for Caritas. I am getting another pilates one tonight. I did the pilates one on Sunday night. I need to find a better way to pad the hardwood floor. I hurt my tail bone. It did feel good though. I think it will help a lot.

Ok, time to get back to work. Break is almost over.
