demarianaThank you to all my friends who commented about my grandmother's death. It has helped. I was able to take today off and went to my mom's to help her. We get funeral time. There is not going to be a funeral, and if there was I would not have been able to go since it is in NH. My grandmother is going to be cremated and then buried in the spring I think. I was still able to take the time off to grieve. I will be going in tomorrow though.
My mom broke her arm Thursday, and has been having a hard time. I went over today and wrote out her bills and folded some clothing and just chatted and hung out. It was nice. I had thought about seeing if she wanted to do a memorial service at all. We did talk about Nanny alittle, but not much. She commented that it is hard. I mentioned that her hands are starting to look like Nanny's. My mom turns 55 this year. I mentioned that I turn 33 this year, and she said I still look 18. *grins*
Time to get Phaeton and head to dinner.
