cpip and his girlfriend amethystjade come to mind, though I may find them interesting more because I know them.

For sheer enteraintment value from one user-- theferrett is the best thing I've come across. His wife zoethe is also one of my favorites, though hers seems a touch more personal-life oriented. (Which is fine by me.)
