Yesterday was the first day I actually worked a full shift as new employee. I took 84 calls. WOW. It did not feel like that many. I felt like I asked many questions of the people around me. Some calls seemed to take a long time. I still took 84. That is pretty good. That is about an average of 5 1/2 minutes per call. And it was Slow at times.

Today I did not get a call for the first 15 minutes I was at work. I think I took 4 the first hour. It got busier later in the day, but not much. Very nice.

The free ice cream was also very nice. Tomorrow is a catered lunch. YUM.

I feel respected at this new job. This is a nice feeling.
