Daily Dose
Mar. 3rd, 2007 08:26 pmToday has been a very good and relaxing day. Went to Dollar Tree with Caritas and picked up a couple of things and also went to Walgreens. Lunch was Fazoli's with Phaeton. Then home to nap before going out for dinner and window shopping with Phaeton.
Tonight Phaeton and I tried BoneFish Grill. It was delicious! We got there and it was a 40-50 minute wait, or we could find space at the bar since that was first come first serve. We decided on trying the bar and found 2 seats open at one table and the woman with her son had no problem with us sitting down. It was a table that had 8 seats. Later on another couple sat down at 2 of the other seats. It was fun. Phaeton got Monkfish and I got sea scallops and shrimp with a Pan Asian Sauce on the side. I had to cut up my scallops so that I could have more bites to savor. I would dip in the sauce and then let the flavors melt in my mouth. YUM! The sauce had teriyaki and wasabi. I am so glad I got water to drink because soda would have overpowered the seafood. I also tried Anchovies since they came with the caesar salad. I ate one and gave the other 2 to Phaeton. Now I can say I have tried them. They were not bad, but too salty for my taste.
When we walked into Bonefish I looked over to the tables in the bar and suddenly saw one of my coworkers. Everyone at work knows that my boyfriend is Jeshua. Some know that I have 2 roommates, but only one person knows the full household story. She knew me from my previous job. I got to watch my coworker look at me and then look behind me at Phaeton, who is definately not Jeshua. I did introduce the 2, basically just first names. I knew meeting a coworker when out on a date night with Phaeton would happen, just did not think it would be this soon. The coworker who was at Bonefish is actually a higher up. We shall see if he says anything to Jeshua.
That is about it. Time to head offline I think.
