*grumbles*

I am annoyed that I have energy but my body is crampy and hard to stand or do anything and have the concentration for the project. I will get some stuff done today though. I have applied for 2 more jobs with ACS, and I replied back to an email about doing a one day research panel job. I am thinking about applying for a TSA part time position at the airport. Could be interesting. Need to look at the pros and cons of course.

Getting cold out and it is rainy. Yucky. I want it to be nice out again. This weather is also affecting my ability to get stuff done. We did take 3 big bags full of stuff to the good will on Sunday. That was good. I am just fed up with cheap and free cycle. People do not call, or back out at the last minute, or just not show up. They want a 'deal, and some are just on there to try and make money. I did think about offering all our yard sale stuff for like $50 bucks once it is all together. Just easier to take to GoodWill. Next trip will be stuff from the basement. Also need to just trash a bunch of stuff.

Ok, off to pick up Caritas from school. She went in today to work on homework.

I got my short and to the point appeal written for the Unemployment Insurance Office. They have to get it faxed in by tomorrow. Nothing like waiting till the last minute. I just was unsure about how I wanted to word things and what I wanted to say. I think it is pretty good. They are going to get about 15-20 other appeal letters stating about the same thing. One person wrote a 3 page one.

I got some work done on the basement. It went pretty good. I find working to music playing is a great help. Plus when I get fed up I dance around some and just start to feel better. Worst thing downstairs is the dust. I also got the dishes washed. Tomorrow the plans are some errands and then home to deal with things in the living room. I will post some of the stuff here to see if anyone would like it before taking it to Goodwill. Might even take some pictures so you can see what I am talking about. *Grins* I may give cheap cycle another chance for some of the bigger items.

My bruise from shooting a rifle is almost gone. Caritas got me to giggle by saying all that is left is the ring around the rifle. *grins* The arnica gel worked great. I am so glad Good Foods Co-Op had it.

There is so much running around in my head right now that I do not feel I can write. Just slightly confused and perplexed about where something is going. Yes being vague. Still trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. Simple would be good. Calm would be nice. But then I think about how boring that would be. Scared to ask, cause I do not want to know the answer, but scared to not ask as well. Need to call UK about getting into a masters program. HEY Razzle!!! How was the process when you got into UK?

One thing I can say is that I do feel Happy, even with being confused and scared. Content even at times. This is a good thing.

Caritas made up a batch of this canned chicken recipe that I just love. You are suppose to grill it, but it is great just in a sandwich or plain. I just had some since I was feeling snackish. She got it here:

This sandwich cooks beautifully either on a nonstick skillet or in your George Foreman dual sided indoor grill. It's one of my favorites.

INGREDIENTS:

* 12-oz. can dark and light meat chicken, drained
* 1/3 cup mayonnaise
* 1-1/2 cups grated Swiss cheese
* 2 stalks celery, chopped
* 1 apple, finely chopped
* 12 slices whole wheat bread
* 2 Tbsp. butter

PREPARATION:
In small bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, swiss cheese, lemon juice, celery and apple. Make sandwiches with the bread. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Grill the sandwiches, covered, over medium heat, turning once, until cheese begins to melt and bread is toasted.
