Morning

I am feeling like death warmed over today. Sick to my stomach, tired and headachy. So not fun. I wish I could just curl up in bed and spend the day there. Instead I am at work again. It is slow, which is good and bad. Nice to have breaks between calls but it does make the day drag. I have already gone thru and weeded out old coupons and organized those that needed to be filed. I have checked both careerbuilder and yahoo hotjobs so far. EDS in Winchester is hurting it seems for call center employees. They have like 10-20 copies of their ad on yahoo.

The only good thing about coming in today was being able to sell some of Caritas's postcards. She has 5 original photographs that she has made into postcards. They are great. If you are interested they are $1 each and her website is:

Just click on the postcard section. She hopes to get prints, notecards and other things made. I think she has found one her talents. A coworker even said these are hallmark quality pictures.

Ok, break is almost over. Time to start taking calls again.

Daily Dose

Today was a pretty good day. The calls were slow and easy. No supervisor call backs and noone being a real jerk. I was able to feel like I helped and went the extra mile with some customers even with how tired I have been all day. Even with the extra caffeine I have been dead tired and really glad it is Friday. With it being slow I was able to stay caught up on news, gmail and live journal as well as other internet sites that I really am only suppose to look at on break and lunch. I also got to read some stories. The other cool thing was that I ended up selling 13 of Caritas's postcards. I think there are some more sales pending, but they are thinking about it. More than one person has suggested that she should do Christmas Cards. I think that is a great idea, but would need to get some winter pictures I think. One coworker wanted to know what digital camera she uses and I just had smile and nod. I will get the info from her and get back to him on Monday.

Tonight Phaeton picked me up and we went to Applebee's for dinner, dropped a piece of mail at the post office, and then headed to Hollywood Video to get a movie for tonight. I so hope I do not fall asleep during it. I came home to find a Styx CD and Card from Jeshua by my computer Just Because. *sighs* Almost made me cry.

Tomorrow I think I am going to run to Meijer for some things. Won't be the same w/o Caritas, but I will manage. *grins*
