Working out- DDR
Sep. 17th, 2004 07:28 pmI realized that I have exercised 4 if not 5 days this week. I walked on Tues, Wed and Thurs and I think I did DDR on monday, and I just finished DDR for tonight. I changed a song and increased the level on a couple of songs. One I had to change back since I am not ready for that many jumps yet. I now have 20 different songs in my work out rotation. There is one that I need to change since I do not like it much, but have not found a replacement yet. I love having 20 different songs. It makes the time go faster I think. It said I burned about 195 calories with my 30 minute work out tonight. That is not half bad. I feel energized which is really nice. I will probably make some stir fry for dinner in a bit.
The walk is slightly annoying in that one street does not have any sidewalks. I may change my route next week that would make it alittle bit longer I think, but have sidewalks all the way. Maybe I will alternate the route each day. I like that I am trying to think of ways to get the walk, instead of excuses on getting out of it. I did not walk today because I really wanted to do ddr, and I am not up for doing both in the same day.... yet.
I am recording my song list behind a cut so I will have it for later if I decide to change it again. I keep losing the piece of paper I write these things on. *grins*
