Daily Dose
Jun. 6th, 2004 07:02 pmThis weekend has been pretty good. Yesterday we got up and went shopping at Meijer and got some good deals. We also went shopping at Kmart to pick up a couple of things. I was able to get 10 of the boxes of Dog Food I want to take to the Humane Society. I just need to go back a couple more times to get 30 more boxes. I will then have a bunch of food to take to the Humane Society.
We got home from Meijer's and then we all went out to the bank so Phaeton and Caritas could get a new bank account for their business ( Minotaur Leather ) and then we went ot Staples so they could get a good new digital camera to take pictures of the small leather goods they have been putting together to put up on the site. It is a small site at this time, but will be growing I think. *grins*
Caritas and Phaeton went out for a date night, and when they got back Jeshua and I went out for a date. We went to Turfland mall and got 7 books at Walden and then went over to O'Charley's for dinner. We then walked over to Walgreens and looked around. I picked up the first 2 in a new series I want to try and read at Walden. They have decided to change around the store some and now have a paranormal fiction section where all the Vampire, Witch and other books of that nature are living. It should be an interesting division.
Today has been a slow day. I got up at about 9am, and then we all went out to Waffle House for breakfast. YUM! We got home and I read some of one of my books and picked up a small bit in the living room. I did find out that Meijer's is going to be tripling coupons this week. :) I have to cut out what we can use. We went and got 2 Louisville papers from the News Stand as well. Lots of coupons to cut out and organize. Caritas helped me weed out the expired and soon to expire coupons.
We also played 2 games today as a family. That was nice. Jeshua sprang for pizza from Pizza Hut. We got the 4 way one. It was was ok. The crust was not as good as what they have on the round pizzas.
Ok, time to get something done. No idea what though.
