Dream

Ok brain I get it. We are low on eggs and must get some at the store today. :)

I had a dream that we were hosting a get together and people were crowded in the kitchen trying to make breakfast and suddenly someone mentioned that there was only 3 eggs. We were going to be making scrambled eggs. The next part of the dream was trying to find pans and such to make other things. I also remember holding a bowl and stirring up I think the eggs, but there was a red substance placed in it. I almost want to say a fruit flavoring. Very weird.

I had another dream but it has already faded.

Meijer Trip

It took Caritas and I about 2 hours to go through the whole store and find things we wanted to get. We have not done a trip like this in about 2 months or so. Mostly lately we have been going and just getting what we need. This felt so good to go and do. We go to the checkout with 2 baskets at about 8:30. I was getting alittle worried when the total before coupons was over $250. I did not have to worry. The coupons started and the money came off. It was triple coupons this week. :)

By the numbers:
Spent: $142.27
Saved: $215.64 ($86.77 ad + $128.87 coupons)
158 items.

59% savings and 90 cents an item. Not too bad to get a nice stocked up freezer for lunches, many snacks, and food for meals for 2 weeks I think based on Caritas's meal plans. She has started to cook more, and she comes up with cool meal plans for each night.

Now it is time to try to find space for all the food. :)
