Sleepy

Once again I did not sleep well. I think I woke up less. This is so getting annoying. I had some weird dreams. One of them involved the kids and principal on the cartoon Recess. Weird. The other dreams are fading fast. I can not remember them right now.

Ok, must get ready for work.

Daily Dose

Work was slow. I am getting to read some interesting news items though.
My back hurts
I thought about going shopping but not really in the mood

I remembered to take my pills
I am going to go watch some tv I think
I need to get back into exercising
