A very good day.
Nov. 18th, 2002 10:37 amI kept waking up throughout the night, but it wasnt that bad. I feel very rested and awake today. I got up and threw on some clothes before taking Caritas to work and then heading to my doctor's appt.
Today was a milestone. She didnt have to go to the 250lb section on the balance scale. I was in SHOCK! I moved it for her and it was too much.
By the Numbers:
On 7/23 I weighed in at the doctors at 270
Today, 17 weeks later I weigh 249
Total lost so far is 21lbs.
Averaging about 1.24lbs/week
WooHoo!
I am so excited that words cant express it. I was worried that I had gained stuff back, etc. I knew I had days where I had totally eaten like a pig. I was alittle nervous. The other cool number was my blood pressure. It was only 101/62. She is lowering my pills so it doesnt go too low.
It is weird. I use to say I would answer almost anything, just dont bother asking my weight cause I will not say. Now I am posting the numbers for all my friends and random people to see.
I need to get a new driver's license so I can lie about my weight now. It feels wrong to be under the weight listed on my driver's license. Just so wrong.
