Meijer morning

By the numbers, 113 items, spent $111.89. saved in coupons: $43.45 and in ad: $77.84, total savings of: $121.29

Not bad. We did get some of the super Saturdaze sale things. The chi chi chips and the filters and some of the 2 liters of coke. We also got sushi again. :) YUM! The freezer is jam packed again. I had to reorganize the pantry because it was filled. I am waiting for Caritas and Jeshua to get back so we can unload what we left in the back seat. Oops. One last week of the meijer frozen food coupons. I hope they have some other stuff on sale this week.

I also think I got enough bags of halloween candy for thursday. I am going to try and figure out just what to put in each bag to give the kids. I want to be one of the cool houses. I think they are going to get about 6-8 things each from me. It helps that I probably spent about $10 total on all the candy. I figure I can make up about 40 bags for kids. I think that should be enough. I will probably start that tomorrow.

Time to go and wait for them to get back.

Daily Dose

Slept pretty well last night. Got up about 8:30 to the bladder alarm. Nice hot shower and then Caritas and I headed out to Meijer to get the shopping done. We stopped at Burger King to get some breakfast. Meijer's took about 1 1/2 hours to shop. Very crowded. I somewhere somehow lost $3 in gas coupons so that was annoying. Still have to get gas sometime and the price went up yesterday by like 20cents/gallon. *grumps* I guess we will head to a Kroger gas to get 3cents off.

When Caritas and Jeshua got home from the bank I went out to get the last little bit of groceries. They wouldnt let me see into one side of the car. Secrets and such. I am so bad about wanting to know about my birthday stuff. :) We got alittle cake when we were at Meijers. I also need to do some baking today. Not sure what. I think Cheesecake, and brownies and chocolate silk pie and maybe a snacking cake. Depends on what time we have.

Speaking of time, we are heading out soon to go see a movie. We are going to the Ky Theater to see the Anime one called Spirited Away. I think it will be very good. I also like seeing movies at the kentucky. I wish had thought about it to go last night and see 8 legged freaks at the midnight movie. Oh well. Tonight they are doing Rocky Horror as the midnight movie.

I can do one more post today to be at 1026 posts. I was so worried I wouldnt make my goal. I will though. On 10/27 at 10:27 I will make post 1027. *GRINS* Yes I be silly.

Night night

I made 2 of the jello no-bake pies today before we went to the movie. Tomorrow I have to go get my hair cut and bake some more as well as help clean. The movie was pretty good. Afterwards we headed to Jalapeno's for dinner. Very good food. Home again and I set up my candy bags for the trick or treaters. We also watched Buffy, Haunted, and Twilight Zone. Tomorrow we will finish up with Birds of Prey.

Time for bed now. very sleepy. *yawn* We did alot today. Tomorrow should be a fun day.
