Daily Dosage

I came home from work early again. I stopped at Walgreens and picked up a couple things that were on sale, or with a coupon, or they have a rebate on them. I have to go back on saturday probably to get a couple more things. I also have to go to Meijer on saturday.

Mail call: I got the gas bill which isnt too bad. They had to credit me because they estimated our last bill, and the actual reading was different. I am hoping the cleaning and such that the guy did yesterday will help with the gas bill as well. Caritas noticed that it is a stronger push of heat now. We probably should put up plastic around the windows before it gets too cold. We have a couple that dont like to stay shut. Maybe buy some insulation to replace some that we have had to tear down. I also got a Walden $5 preferred reader savings certificate. I really like how they are doing these now. They and basically just sending postcards out. I also got coupons for pounce only good at Krogers. Hmm, I think they are using the info they get from the kroger plus card to specifically send out certain coupons. I buy cat food, must have a cat.

Now it is time for me to rob Peter to pay Paul. I dont have that many bills to write. Most of them are kinda small as well. I might actually be able to put some in savings. That will be nice.

Meijer planning

I just got an email from Meijer saying they are having another super Saturdaze sale this week. They have been alternating Saturdays on these. There are a couple things I would like. The big thing is that halloween candy is 25% off. I like being on the Meijer mailing list. I get the info about these sales on Thursday, and they dont put it in the paper till Friday.

Ok, must get ready to head out and get Caritas.

Accomplishments and Plans

I paid the bills. I have to wait on some till Jeshua and Caritas get paid. I went and got Caritas from work and then went out to get Jeshua. We got home just in time to take Phaeton to work and drop off Caritas at the Greyhound station. She is heading to Louisville for a day and a half. I hope things go well. We just got home and Jeshua had a call on the answering machine for an interview. He called them back and set it up for 4:30. *fingers and toes crossed*

Now it is time for a short nap before I have to head back to work and Jeshua to his interview and then school.

Waiting on Packages

Well the one from UPS has arrived in Lexington and hopefully they will try for delivery tomorrow.

And my 2 refills were shipped today via the US postal service. They should get here Monday. I do like being able to get my prescriptions for 3 months at a time. I also like getting them mail order. I can go online and refill all 4 of them when needed. I just wish I could get them on the same schedule.

Time to head out to work and drop Jeshua off for his interview and school.

Alone time

I miss Caritas. I like being able to call home on my break and talk to her. Tonight she isnt here. I do miss her, yet I am glad to finally have some alone time. I need time alone every now and then to center and relax. I can be silly and dance to the CDs playing without fear of being watched. I can cry my eyes out with out fear of hurting someone with my tears. I can snuggle down to take a nap with worries that I will be interrupted.

It is nice at times to have some alone time. I will be glad when she is back though.

Day is Done, gone the Sun

I came out of my room to a sight in the living room I thought I would never see. It seems Mr Melodie Man and Strife had set up a truce and were snuggling against each other on the couch. It was so cute. When I got back from getting Jeshua from school they were in separate corners again. I need to get my friskies UPCs mailed out so I can get the cats some free toys. :)

My desk is once again a mess. I need to get some file boxes or something to organize better. I have to get 7 bills out into the mail tomorrow.

A squirrel today tried to get me to run off the road like they do to that guy in the insurance commercial. I was warned though because I have seen that commercial many times and I recognized the pattern. This squirrel came out into the middle of the road and stood facing the car with a nut in his mouth. He looked like he wanted to play chicken. I slowed down and then stopped since he wasnt moving. I honked the horn and finally he faked right and then went left up into a yard to converse with another squirrel. Probably bitching about how I didnt swerve.

It is quiet. I am missing Caritas's laugh right now. The guy's found out who they are playing in the B5 tourney and I needed someone to smile and nod with me. *grins*

I think the interview that Jeshua had went well. She is having him do a phone survey thing. I figure if she didnt like him in the interview she wouldnt have given him the phone number to call. I hope he gets the job because I think he would enjoy it. His classes are going well. He has had 3 tests and did great on all of them.

Phaeton is also doing well. He has been getting some leather orders from friends. Now that he has his shop mostly set up he can actually work on projects. Mostly small fun things.

I have slipped up big time on my eating and exercising. I have been sick, but that is not really an excuse. I should have been able to keep up with the eating. I am almost in the mindset well fuck it I am already messed up already, might as well forget about it. I am not going to let myself sink that far though. I am going to join a community for the month of november that should help. Getting the new gadget tomorrow should also help. I seem to buy one slightly expensive gadget each time I start working out. Lets see.. Good Shoes, Heart Rate Monitor, Pedometer, Exercise Bike, Weight bench, Weights, Videos, and now most recently the Body Fat Analysis Monitor. So I can almost count up the times I have had a serious start to losing weight by how many items I have. The good thing is that I have not gained back and over my highest weight. Even if I slip up alittle I have never gotten back up to 286. Each time I try I lose alittle bit more and can keep it off.

Ok, I am heading to bed I think. Wondering where my dreams will go tonight.
