Morning

My days have been running together. I look at my schedule 10-20 times a day to make sure I am not screwing up on my hours. I dont know whether I am coming or going it seems. I came home sick Sat. Didnt win powerball. Have to pay bills because some are late. Havent been to the Y in 5 days. Just want to sleep more.

Ok, must get going to work. What fun.

Good Deed of the day.

I was driving home and noticed a coworker waiting for the bus. I know she lives about a block from me so I turned around and went back to pull up and ask her if she wanted a ride. She was nice enough to throw out her cigarette. I would have told her to if she hadnt, and then we headed home. I got her home about 45 minutes before the bus would have. That was my good deed for the day.

I got surplus for the first half of my shift so ran to the bank and then to the Y. I felt pretty good after working out. I did 35 minutes on the precor and then did 8 weight training exercises.

I am heading back to the Y in a little bit with Caritas so she can get a membership. I will probably try and do 30 minutes on the precor again. Jeshua is on our exercise bike peddling away as I type. Now we just have to find a way to get Phaeton involved.

Ok, must head out now.

Daily Dose

Had fun again at the Y. I did 8 minutes on the treadmill to remind myself that I hate the machine. I then did 15 minutes on the Elliptical trainer. I picked a cross training course instead of my normal interval training course to have a change. I enjoyed it. I searched on the web and found out the home version of the precor elliptical trainer I like is $2,299. *pouts*

We then as a treat went over to the brand spanking new Dollar Tree. I went into FERRET SHOCK! They have 15 aisles, and 4 registers. I havent seen a dollar tree this big before. We only got 9 items though. :) I saw alot of things that would be cool to have. We will be back into that store. It seemed the whole neighborhood was there. People greeting their neighbors etc. The parking lot was PACKED. And this was at 8:15pm. We found an item that we paid $5 for at Rite Aid. UGH!

Ok, off to go get Phaeton from work. Then bed I think.
