Day so Far

The trip to Meijers was aborted. No time. I got up, got blood drawn, got breakfast at Kroger and got cat food which was the only thing I really needed today from a grocery store. I will head to meijer on sat. Then went to the Y and TS and I did 15 min on the Elliptical trainer, and 10 on the bike. We then cooled down by walking and talking around the track.

Next stop was the bank to deal with Phaeton's check, then home. Everyone was up and ready to go do the things they needed to do. Jeshua and Phaeton went back to the bank to deal with things. Phaeton got a small loan to help his credit some more and so we have some money for MFM.

Now I am waiting for TS to call so we can get on the road. *grins* I am excited.

Not for the Needle Phobs

At 7:30am I got to the lab for my blood work. I went downstairs and the phlebotomist had me sit and put up my right arm. I use to use my right arm to sell Plasma many years ago. There is scar tissue there now. I normally use my left for blood work since that is relatively virgin to needles. I leaned back and shut my eyes as she started. I did not feel the needle AT ALL, but it was taking awhile, so I opened my eyes to look. She was like I felt it, and feel it but it keeps moving. I watched her pull out and wiggle the needle 4-5 times and not getting the vein at all. Then she couldnt feel it anymore. I then told her that she should try the left, which she did. On the first try she got it. I can always tell with the left because I feel a sting when it gets into the vein for some reason.

No bruising and blood is drawn. All in all not a bad trip.

I'm Home

It was interesting. All 4 of us got readings. I got my cards read. She said alot that I dont remember so I will touch on the highlights

The big thing was her mentioning seeing 3 wedding bands. She got a really confused look on her face like she didnt want to say what she was actually reading, but said instead that she didnt know if it was 3 proposals, or 3 marriages in a row, etc. She said I would have a long healthy life, that money wouldnt be a problem, that there is turmoil at home with a dark cloud over my aura. Another thing was that someone is going to take advantage of my kindness and good heart. She said I always have a smile for everyone. I need to start keeping things closer inside. IE stop talking as much about things.

The other big thing that got me was she said there was alot of stress and at times I dont know whether I am coming or going. Now if you read this post:

FROM LAST NIGHT! It is something I said just then.

The 4 of us had fun talking about the reading on the drive back. SM drives like a madman. I know I drive fast, but I dont get up on the ass of the car in front of me, or turn all the way around in my seat to talk to the person behind me. *still shaking*

We want to go to the reader here in Nicholasville sometime in the next 2 weeks we think. To compare I think.

I really wish I could remember more. I would love to tape her next time.

Girls Night Out

Caritas and I headed out to get dinner and some shopping. Caritas is looking good and feeling pleased because her hair is behaving. That was a cause for a girls night out. I will let her tell about her hair adventure though. :)

We went up to Panda Buffet and had sushi and crab legs. YUM! The crab ragoons werent the best today, but the wasabi was nice and spicy. After dinner we headed out and since she needed shoes we stopped at Payless to look around. I ended up getting an umbrella and a pair of wild cat print slippers. I think they will go well with my tail for the con in Sept. We then stopped at walgreens and I splurged on 2 CDs and some other stuff. I also talked to the pharmacist about the pills and he says some of his customers swear by it working for their arthritis. He said it can take up to a month to start working so dont give up. I got enough for a month. We will see.

Now must get kitty litter and some of the recyling ready to go out.
