Another day, another dollar

First off Happy Summer Solstice.

Another nice cool morning. I wish it could stay this temp all day and not get to the 80s and 90s. Phaeton and I played cribbage last night on date night. :) He skunked me, and then I won one. Not too bad. We then curled up and went to sleep.

Lunch

Phaeton and I headed to a new resturant on Russel Cave Rd called Ajaib India Resturant. It has been a long time since I have had Indian food. This may have been the first time I have eaten at an Indian Resturant. I tried most of the items. I admit this was more for Phaeton than I. He likes the spicy stuff. They brought him out some hot sauce. I could see his eyes get wide at the taste and the flavors. :) They have a buffet at lunch and we also got a menu to take home. Some of the items they had were rice, naan (a bread) Chicken Curry, roasted chicken, vetetable samosa, and alot of other things. I am sitting here looking at the menu and I cant remember what there was. Soemthing with potatoes, one dish with vegetable balls, some cold salads, a lentil dish, an eggplant dish. The guy who owns this resturant use to own Indian Palace, but he mentioned that he sold it.

The funny thing that happened is that when we went up to get a 2nd plate they cleared our table... of everything. *Grins* I was afraid that we were only allowed one pass of the buffet. *giggles*

So that was lunch. I enjoyed it, but not a place I would go to very often because it is not a style of food I like on a regular basis. I am glad Phaeton got to try it though. :)

Well

We cant get the uhaul till around 12:30, which sucks, and Phaeton has to work tomorrow. Anyone want to go with us to Louisville for the day to help with loading up a uhaul and driving it back? :) We hope to head out about 8am.
