Not the best way to get up in the morning. I get to wake up both of the guys kinda rudely because of cat puke. FirstI wander into the living room to figure out why Mr Melodie Man is scratching at the floor, and find the reason with my foot. Now I really dont want to move so I yell for Jeshua to get me some paper towels. At least my gag reflex didnt kick in. He crawls out of bed upset with me because I was clear at all in my yell that the reason I needed him to get them is because I couldnt move. Next I was wandering back towards the downstairs bedroom and noticed a HUGE pile of puked up cat food. Gag reflex still ok. I go and get the paper towles and try to clean it up. I didnt put enough paper towels into my hand and the squishy wetness started to soak thru. I also got close enough to start smelling the puke. GAG REFLEX ENGAGED. I tried really hard to not throw up because all I have in my stomach is acid. Didnt work. I even tried to pick up the stuff again because it is staining the wood floors. Didnt Work. Jeshua offered to try and pick it up but I know his gag reflex is almost as bad as mine. I decided it needed Phaeton, so I called up the stairs to wake him up. He came down and picked up all the puke for me. I just stood there shaking and in some pain.

Now I sit typing with a burning esophagus and pectorals that HURT from the force of throwing up stomach acid. Great way to start the day.

Work

For once work did not screw me over on my schedule! Usually after I print out my schedule I go back to my station almost fuming about the shit they pulled. This time I was happy and excited. I have to work July 4th, but it is an early shift (7:45-4:15) and then I have Fri and Sat off. I could drop my name off the sunday list and then have a 3 day weekend.

Now the decision is if I can get to Origins for fri/sat and what is the minumim amount of money I could do it on. Greyhound would be $90, renting a car would be about $35. If I rented the car I could go to a cheap hotel outside the city on friday night. Maybe $50 for the room if I do that. I am trying to remember how many miles it was to Columbus because there is a limit of $450 miles on the rental thru Enterprise. Ok, it is about 200 miles.

I wish I could find someone to go with me. *shrugs* I think I could do it with $200.
