I have been so sick the past 3 days. I am finally starting to feel 1/2 human again. *sighs* It started about thurs, and was really bad fri and sat. I had to leave work early both days. I just could not stand being there. Hacking up a lung and not being able to give my best. I was not serving the customers well in that condition. If I get a warning about my attendance so be it. I know that having me there was worse for me and for the company. My supervisor is pretty cool about things and he wont come down on me too hard. I know I cant really go to him if there is something important since he hardly ever works.
I had goals for the week, and I am going to make the week start today, and go from here with them. I was able to do some of them. Getting a serving of fruit is easy when you CRAVE Orange Juice when sick. I have had ALOT of orange juice the past 3 days. Very good.
I am really looking forward to starting Tai Chi on Thurs. I need to call tomorrow and make sure the class is still on. I also need to find out what to wear and such. I think this will help alot with my flexability and such. I wish I had some friends going with me though. I also need to make plans to do some of the other group activities they have at the Y. I need to get back into swimming. I love it.
I am also heading to the doctor on thurs. Time for the yearly physical and such. I am hoping the new meds are working. I feel like they are. My labs came back and I need to get more calcium into my diet.
Guess that is it for now. I dont have awhole lot to say. just kinda veging for the night, and then taking Nyquil to sleep w/o coughing.
