It is time for my morning to begin
the alarm has been snoozed enough
chores to be done
errands to be run
a full day of fun
The bed is calling my name
but I must not give in
the car needs its oil changed
and the cats need a vet
the bank I must visit
and LJ I must read
I might go and sing
some nice carols tonight
depends on if my throat
stops hurting and scratching
Yes a full day
with lots of made plans
which I could scrap them
and curl up once again.

Got R to work, and went to Green's Toyota and got the 7,500 mile tune up. Took about a hour. Then went over and saw friends at the bowling alley. Worried about one. Probably wont be going to the sing tonight. Just dont feel up to it. Worried about myself as well. Will know tomorrow after 4 when I see the doctor. Cant really talk about what I am going to see her for though. Dont have the nerve yet. Well, really the prob is dont have any answers yet. I just dont know. Guess that is why I am going to the doc. There are 2-3 possibilities. If it is one then a decision is going to have to be made. Damn, Damn, Damn, and Damn again.

Heading to the bank soon to get those done. Dont know yet if D is going with or not. Not really sure if I am hungry or not. Home to drive D to work, then to the vet will all 4 cats. *sighs* This could be so bad. Hopefully home after that so I can take a nap or something. Yes my poem is slowly coming true

Why?

Why is most free clip art DORKY? is it free because it is dorky, or dorky because it is free? I wish I could find additional decent free clip art, without having to wade thru all the CRAP.

Hellion at the Vet

I mentioned earlier having to take all 4 cats to the vet today. Well, I am back and relatively in all one piece. Many scratches though. 2 cats, Dustbunnie and Melodie got blood drawn for the FeLV test. Dustbunnie was fine, Melodie was the Hellion. Scratched me multiple times, got the vet and the vet tech at least once. They said they havent seen one like him in a long time. The vet mentioned a thing called a cat box. You put the cat in it and they give him alittle gas to relax him. I will just have to do that from now on. I also called my normal vet to ask about a pill to give or anything. I can get something to give him about 45 minutes before a visit. At least they got the blood drawn and they both tested negative!!! So then dustbunnie got her FeLV vaccination, and her yearly shots. The 2 kittens got their 1st set of FeLV vaccinations. They should have gotten them weeks ago, but I was confused, and thought it was part of the yearly stuff they were getting. I am not $74 dollars poorer, but for a very good reason. Melodie was fine once we got home. Alittle bit bitchy to the other cats, but he is still my baby. cuddling up and nuzzling at times. He is my big baby.

Met another Pagan at work.

Yesterday during lunch I was heating up my food, half listening to this loud mouth idiot coworker talking about the evils of Harry Potter. Her almost screaming about how it is the devils work, and any parent who lets their kid read it or see the movie is sending their child to hell. Blah, blah blah. Witchcraft is evil, and Harry Potter is one way to let the DEVIL into the home. I just turned away and put my finger down my throat and made slight gagging noises. Then I turned off my ears. Suddenly another coworker went up to this idiot and responded with something along the lines of I Am a witch, and you are offending me. After that exchange I went up to the other pagan and said Merry Meet. She responded and we sat for the rest of my lunch time talking. I wish I could remember her name.

What if?

I got to play the what if today. When I went to take the cats. I have always wondered what Melodie and dustbunnie's FeLV status was. Of course now I know, but before the test finished, I was so worried. I figured I would probably have to get rid of the kittens of either adult cat was positive. It would not have been easy.
