Once I got to the Y and got to talk to TS the running thoughts in my head stopped. That is what usually happens. We decided to swim, because the workout room was kinda full and the pool was practically empty. There were 2 teenage boys that seemed to decide to jump into the pool every time we were up at the deep end in our lane. (they were next to us) I am exaggeratting though. It was about every 2-3 times we were up there. They got out and went into the sauna after awhile though.

The best thing about today was that I didnt start to cramp up after 20 lengths, or even after 25 lengths. I was actually breathing enough. :) We continued on and did the most in one session we have ever done.....

36 lengths. :) (900 yards) That is alittle over 1/2 a mile!!! TS thinks that eventually we could work up to a mile each time we go. We just have to get alittle faster.
