Daily Dose Part 2

It is much easier to cook and plan meals with 4 people since much of the food out there seems to come in packages that can easily feed 4 people w/o many left overs or anyone going hungry. Tonight we made egg noodles with alfredo sauce and texas toast.

Phaeton took a 1/2 day today. He had a bad case of dontwanna.

My mom called to ask what day I have off next week. She wants to take Pearl in to the humane society to have her put to sleep. We are probably going to go on Wed. Pearl is throwing up every time she eats and hardly moving anymore. She lays in the kitchen between her food and the litter box so she doesnt have to walk much. Sometimes my mom says she somes out to the living room to visit, but she isnt moving easily. My gut is telling me she has cancer, and wed will be the best thing for her.

I plan to go swimming before work tomorrow. :) This is instead of going to Meijers to get some of the stuff at the super saturdaze sale. I need to get my bag together I think.

Time for bed. Night night, dont let the bed bugs bite.

She may have feline leukemia. It sounds similar to what Mercury went through before we had to have him put to sleep. :(

Well nuts. If that's the case then it wouldn't be appropriate to wonder outloud if Demariana's mom might be interested in adopting Cinder's Bosco.

I don't know much about fel. leuk. Does there have to be any sort of disinfection period between cats or anything?

Anyway, it looks like Cinder's got the job out in CA, and is serious about finding a home for her lovey-dovey dog-cat. Bosco LOVES attention, and acts more like an affectionate dog than any cat....

IIRC, cats can pass it on to each other, but I *think* there is a vaccination for it or something.

I talked with Cinder today - we did the Goldmember movie and dinner - then I went to go meet Bosco. He's a sweetie. But, I'm perfectly happy with two cats, and so really it's up to Knight if he wants to take Bosco in or not, seeing as he's the one with allergies. Of course, I'd have to clean the catboxes more often, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, though not pleasant.

Thanks for the offer, but my mom probably isnt going to be getting a cat for awhile if ever again because of personal reasons.
