Daily Dose, Doctor's Visit

I know I get white coat hyper tension, but this isnt good. I informed her that I had stop taking one of my HBP meds. It was making me cough. She gave me a month supply of another kind, and set me up for a blood test and a follow up visit. What fun.

rosepurr It was very and nice and had her money this time. *GRINS* You know I am teasing girl. Since she is trying to become healthier maybe I can talk her into working out with me as well.
I am making my Y membership a city wide one today, and then going swimming with a friend. I really hope to start and stick with this more. At least I hadnt gained any weight from the last time I went to the doctor. I am holding steady.
