Damn the Neighbors

Next door I have an old lady, that has 2 boarders I think. She has 2 dogs in the back yard and they BARK. ALOT. It isnt their fault. They are fucking bored out of their minds! Noone plays with them. I dont think they have any toys. They never go on walks. Wouldnt you be BORED? Why in the hell does she even have the dogs. I am thinking about talking to her. AT least they have a dog house and they do get fed and get water. The back yard is one big dirt track though. I dont think there is any grass. Of course, all they seem to do is toss some food and then yell at them to shut up when the barking gets to be too much. She needs to be taught that they are like 2 year olds. Maybe try and get her to give them up. Dont know how adoptable they are though. They are so full of energy and just want to play. BARK, come play with me, BARK, see how cute I am? BARK, come on and throw me the ball, BARK, BARK, BARK.

Some people shouldnt have pets.

*sigh* yeah, it seems a lot of people perceive animals as little more than toys. people think i'm nuts for taking the time to litter train a rabbit and a guinea pig; they thought i was nuts for housebreaking my pet birds, too. which is sad. when i was younger and less jaded, i used to think that i could serve as a positive example, open up some eyes about how much potential and how much intelligence animals really have when they're given some mental stimulation and attention. but instead of being inspired, people just think i'm a weirdo.
