Yesterday went pretty well. Enjoyed stuffing myself at Ryans. They had their full menu, so I got grilled salmon. *grins* I am not a big turkey eater. Afterwards we went to my mom's MIL's place to pick up a piece of furniture that mom wants to store in my basement. Got that to our house and unloaded it. Then we looked at the movies and headed out to see Harry Potter and Monsters Inc. I loved both of them. Harry Potter was a bit LOUD. Gave me and R a headache unfortunately. I was able to forget most of it when watching Monsters Inc, but it came right back after the movie. Headed home and both R and I crashed. I was in bed by 11pm. Just way too tired. Today I have to head to work for 2:30-11. I am probably going to sign surplus of course. All depends on how slow it is. I didnt get to get up early and go out shopping today. I am one of those crazy people who likes to be at the stores the day after thanksgiving at 6am to rush around and get stuff. We just didnt have the money this year. (need a good 100-200 bucks) Plus I am still not feeling well. Maybe next year. I didnt even look at the ads yesterday, or I would have found a reason to head out. I didnt want to put myself thru that. Guess that is about it for today.
Wish I could find someone to play cribbage with. *sighs*

I tried replying before, but I dont know if it took. I am working tomorrow till 6:15. Then I plan to take ladypeacem and her hubby out for a surprise.

Did you know I used to play at cribbage tournaments when I was younger? There are those who won't play with me any more.... are you good?

As any can tell you, who has played chess with me, I'm perfectly happy to play against players far better than me. The question is, does it bother you to play people who are essentially beginners?

Maybe we can set up a cribbage night once a month, or something. :)

If y'all decide you want to have a cribbage night, let me know. I'm already committed on Mondays and Tuesdays for Angel and Buffy -- maybe a Wednesday or Thursday would work?

I currently have a regular committment for Wed nights that may change to Thur nights (depends on if the GM gets the job *keeping fingers crossed* - I REALLY want him to move closer).
