The guy showed up today to give us the estimate. Of course he wanted us to sign the paper work right now. Even giving us a 'deal'. I just wanted to know a ballpark figure so I have an idea when we have the money what order things should be done. I am bumming alittle bit because we cant get it done. It would make it alot easier to finish out the basement. Because we have a walkout basement, if we finish it off we will increase the square footage and the value of our house :) *Grins*

*sighs* It all comes down to money, and not having any. I wish I could win the lottery.

Improvements to basements are handled weirdly by estimators. For purposes of value for a bank loan, it doesn't count -- or at least that was the experience of my brother-in-law, and his basements are dream remodels, both of them.
