So while I was out sick they decided to make my job harder. My work decided that all of VA should be looked up in our secondary database. Doesnt matter that the FUCKING database SUCKS! It is one piece of shit. Nothing is listed correctly, and it is a damn pain in the ass to find any listings. Prince William County, and Stafford County are going to be so screwed, and there is nothing I can do about it.

So starting today I got to deal with calls where I KNEW damn well the listing use to be there, and now not finding it. All because they think it is better. The virigia customers have always been a pain in the ass because most of the time they are so fucking stuck up. They seem to have a stick up their ass most of the time and think an operator is not worthy of spitting on. Alot of the time you can hear the snear in their voice. They come on the line angry. I just want to go, "look it up in the damn phone book" *breathe* Ok, that is not always the case, just felt like it today because of the mess my work has made of the database.I am going to catch so much shit from them because of having to use this out dated fucked up directory. Hell VA is screwed up in directory most of the time anyway. I just could count on the DA1 to have the listings if I was looking in PWC or Stafford. Now I cant even count on that. DAMNIT
