Today I bought a Woman's Day and Family Circle magazine. I am actually starting to like them. That is how I know I am getting old. Or maybe it was the 50cents off coupon I had so I could get Woman's Day for 75 cents? *grins* Nah, I actually want to read some of the articles.

I have been reading Woman's Day and Family Circle since I was a kid, so if that's an indication of being old, I guess I was born old. ;)

I preferred Redbook as a kid. It had lots of short stories. Now magazines just seem like another thing asking to be put away.t

I think I didn't like Redbook for that reason. To me, magazines are for articles and "information", tips, etc. and books are for stories. :) I've changed my mind some since I've gotten older, but Woman's Day and Family Circle are still my top two favorite Women's magazines. Rosie is climbing up there though, I am surprised at how much I like that magazine.

Well, when I was a kid, I was interested in stories where ever I could find them, and not so much interested in articles and information. Now, I enjoy both, but have little time for reading, except in the bathroom, during meals and right before bedtime.

Unless you could reading email and live journal. ;)
