I finally got my butt in gear to call about the flaked out contractor and what I need to do to get our money back. I have the pictures and the contract. I know he wasnt incorporated, so I can just take him to small claims and mediation. I am trying to figure out what I can legally ask for and such. I want the down payment and the money for the items we put on the lowes card. Hmm I wonder if I can get a reprint of the reciept from lowes. Calling... I have to call back later and ask for another employee. I at least have the Lowes bill that tells how much what he purchased was.

Now just need to wait on stuff. I dislike waiting.
