That's a lot with your mother's health. I am glad the home health help is available. That sort of thing can be wonderful.
Yay!for the raise.
As far as working on your health and fitness, yeah, the 80/20 rule is likely the best long-term, as you don't get tied up in knots about it as easily.
I'd love to hear more about the ring, 'cause it sounds REALLY cool!
