Boosters and shots

demarianaOn saturday I scheduled the Covid booster and a flu shot for Tuesday night at CVS. I get there and they are like we are all out of the covid shots. You should have gotten a cancel notice due to this. Do you want the flu shot? Damn straight I want the flu shot. I complained since to get the Pfizer shot I have to go across town. The CVS I get me meds from does the Moderna shot. *grumps!* I was like I scheduled this and you had it when I scheduled. What happened. She said they did not take any walk ins, and still ran out. I just shook my head and sighed. So obviously your inventory was wrong or you sent it to another location in error. Whatever. So now I need to schedule the covid booster again.
Oh and that cancel text I should have gotten... My appointment was for 7:30pm... I got it at 7:41.
