I rejoined the Y on Dec 29th. I have been 5 times since then. Today I was there at 6:30am for a weight training class. It is on Tues/Thurs from 6:30-7:15 and I think it is something that I could really enjoy. The other days I used the cardio machines for 20-30 minutes. I am slowly going to work my way up to other things. They still have my favorite machine: The Precor Elliptical Trainer (see icon). They also have a new Precor machine that I tried out this morning. It is different and will take some getting use to because of the way it can move. It has various ways that it can move so that one minute you could be doing more a stairstepping routine, and the next minute more of an elliptical movement. I also bought a new dance pad for DDR to see about starting that back up. It will all depend on my knees and ankles at the moment. I did do 8 songs on it last night on light. I so sucked since I have not done it in so long. It will get better though.
