Damn I am posty today.
I get home from the doctor and get out of the car and see a dead bird. No visible signs of being attacked just dead. As I am investigating I hear a guy banging on my front door and yelling hello. I call out and then he realizes that I am over by the car. He leaves my screen door open and comes over to me. He introduces himself as the son of our next door neighbor, the bad boy. Etc Etc. He then asks if we want the branches cut up. With it being the holiday season he could do it for $20. Again he mentions that he is my neighbor's bad boy son. His 'asking' for work really came across as I am telling you what I am going to do and what you should pay me. I advised him that I would need to speak to the others in the house since it is household money related and would let him know. He then asked if I could find something for like $4 for him to do. He wanted to get lights for a X-mas tree that he had gotten for this lady down the street. To spread some holiday cheer, etc etc. I do not carry cash and told him so. He went off in a huff. This is the same guy I think who at 3am has been outside my neighbor's house screaming that he is going to kill her with a knife. Yeah, can we say I was just a wee bit uneasy? I am sure you could.
