A dew things I've learned. 1) stress is stress be it good or bad. Sometimes I react weird to good things. 2) Usually when I have a seemingly bad reaction to good things is because I had too much caffeine/sugar, poor quality downtime/sleep or too little calories for that amount of work I've done. Empty calories are so easy when you're busy. :p 3) I've this tendency to feel like when good things happen something bad will come along to mess it up. Not really rational but hard to get myself to not feel down for no reason.
