That is about all I claim right now. I dislike winter. The house gets too dry and I wake up with a sore throat almost every morning. It is really annoying. We have a humidifier but we havent cleaned it in awhile. It probably needs to be taken apart. Maybe we should get a bigger and better one. Actually we probably should get another so we have one upstairs and one down.

I got to bed at a good time and slept rather well. A couple of dreams that I dont remember well. I kinda wish I could.

Well I have choked down 18 ounces of water and it isnt even 9am. Go me. :) I wish I had done the Body Fat Analysis before I had my shower and ate. The best time is right in the morning. Oh well probably shouldnt do it every day anyway.

Ok now I must finish getting dressed, pack a lunch and head to work. What joy.
