My heart hurts today

 My lovely girl Serendipity is gone. (aka Sere, said Sara). I held her as she took her last breath. The vet was able to get IV fluids in her which made it harder since she seemed so alert. But she was not meowing or purring at all. So not like her. This was for the best but damn it hurts. The icon picture is from Friday when she was acting her normal self. Saturday night it all changed. They found a sarcoma in her abdomen pressing on her organs. No real treatment and anything might have only given her days. Maybe a couple of weeks. That was not fair to her. So now she is with Mr Melodie Man and Dustbunnie. She had a nice long life of 18.5 years.
